He is a consultant and the team leader for FOX News‘ Election Night Decision Team. Arnon further worked for the Democratic Party as a pollster during the election campaigns of Tom Bradley, Jay Rockefeller, and Ed Koch under political consultant David Garth.

Additionally, he was a partner with the Mitchell Madison Group and the Boston Consulting Group. Arnon now runs his own consulting business, Mishkin Associates. Since 1998, he has served as a consultant for Fox News’ Decision Desk. Arnon has also served as its leader since 2008. The US presidential elections in 2020, 2016, 2012, and 2012 are included in this.
