Seth Moulton’s (D-Mass.) presidential campaign team as the deputy campaign manager for policy and communications.

During the 2012 presidential election, Harf served as campaign spokesperson on national security issues and assisted in craft U.S. President Barack Obama’s national security and communications strategy.

In June 2013, she served under Jen Psaki as the Deputy Spokesperson for the Department of State.
