Kemp collaborated with legislators to develop and advance anti-human trafficking legislation. The state had unanimously approved six pieces of related legislation by February 2022.
Kemp promoted pet adoption in 2021. Together with Kemp, former football player Malcolm Mitchell released the picture book Hey Georgia in April 2022.
