Blue Therapy is a British YouTube series created by Andy Amadi and currently showing on YouTube under the Trend Centrl YT channel who also created BKChat LDN. The web series came in just after Love Island went off screens, its trailer first aired on YouTube on 25 April 2021 while the first episode premiered on 29 April 2021 and as of June 5 it had surpassed 2 million views.
The show went viral on social media with fans talking about the trials and tribulations of relationships. The show is moderated by Denise, a therapist. The six-part series has two couples so far; Paul Bridges and Chioma, Jamel and Deborah.

Andy Amadi, a Nigerian-born filmmaker as well as a TED speaker confirmed the show was real. In an interview with Metro, he said it was a reality show and he felt that everybody ought to enjoy the show and that the judgement of whether it was real or fake was up to them.
Some views went on to point that the cast did not have each other photos in their Instagram accounts. Andy replied by saying he also did not have his wife’s photos on his social media pages and if they wanted to act they’d have posted fake photos in their respective accounts for the sake of the show.
However, Amadi clarified the fact that the show was tuned a little bit for the camera but the personalities were purely natural. Meaning, no one was coached to act in a certain way in their relationship.
