Gayle Anderson is an American journalist, anchor, and reporter. Gayle currently serves as a news anchor and a reporter at KTLA 5 News.

Gayle Anderson has been reporting for the KTLA 5 Morning News since 1993, and she has become a fan favorite for her enthusiastic participatory style of reporting on unique and interesting stories in Southern California.

Gayle previously worked as a correspondent and producer for Tribune Entertainment’s “Now It Can Be Told,” an investigative news program.

Gayle previously worked as a consumer reporter for KPRC-TV in Houston and as an anchor for “Nearly Noon.” She worked as a consumer reporter and weekend anchor at WCIX-TV in Miami from 1984 to 1986.

Gayle has also reported for a number of prominent radio networks, including New York’s ABC and NBC networks, as well as the National Black Network.
