Although he has anchoring from the road at the Masters and other events, he is most frequently seen hosting SportsCenter nighttime editions from the studio. Reports from the Summer and Winter Olympics have also come from him.

Eaves expanded his responsibilities in 2021 to include interviewing players after their rounds during ESPN’s live coverage of the Masters, in addition to anchoring SportsCenter from the Masters and other golf events. He previously hosted NBA Countdown and currently hosts MMA Live on ESPN.
