Elle began her career as an intern back at home in Atlanta on the two Live Stews, an American sports syndicated radio show, also known as The Zone. Elle was later hired by radio veteran Ryan Cameron on V-103 and joined the (Ryan Cameron Show.) There she served as an on-air personality and traffic reporter.

In 2009, Elle went on to host an afternoon show for the radio station. After some time, Elle took on the morning show (Frank and Wanda) which focused on sports reporting.

She learned a lot from Ryan, especially the art of keeping the audience interested and engaged. Elle also helped her get a job as a sideline reporter for the Atlanta Hawks. Elle also contributed to pre and post-game shows for the Atlanta Falcons radio network. In the year 2012, her passion for sports reporting became very evident when she joined 11 Alive, NBC Affiliate WXIA-TV. The network didn’t assign Elle the role of a sports reporter but rather a traffic reporter.
