Prior to moving to Bakersfield, California, to take a joint reporting and forecasting position, she was born in Sacramento. Later, she relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada, where she accepted a comparable position at KTNV.
Later, she moved to San Diego, California, and started working as a forecaster and reporter for KGTV. After years of travel and exploration, she can say with certainty that the west coast is the best coast.
