Since 1982, Dave has worked at WKYT as a sports news anchor, reporter, and account executive. Dave appears on-air throughout the news, sports, and special events programming on WKYT in addition to hosting a number of events for the University of Kentucky and the SEC.

He has been working on the Southeastern Conference broadcast for more than 20 years. He appears in SEC Network and SEC Network + broadcasts of SEC basketball games.

Twice, he was featured in Turner Sports’ “TeamCasts” for The Final Four. He led the Cats to five Final Fours and three National Championships while at WKYT, in 1996, 1998, and 2012.

ESPN

In 1993, he began hosting events for the SEC’s syndicated broadcast package. He was responsible for running the “SEC Football Today” pre-game show and sideline reporting for the broadcast of the game.
