David Croft is a well known British television broadcaster currently working on ESPN. Since 2012, he has served as Sky Sports’ primary analyst for the network’s coverage of Formula One. At Radio Fairfield, Croft began his broadcasting career in hospital radio.
He worked for BBC Three Counties Radio for three years, first as a sports editor and then as a sports reporter. Later, in December 1998, Croft relocated to BBC Radio 5 Live.
David covered the 2002 FIFA World Cup, the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, and hosted Saturday Sport on 5 during his tenure at the station. He also presented the show during the summers of 2004 and 2005.

David has been a presenter and sporadic commentator for Sky Sports’ coverage of Professional Darts Corporation events since 2013. For Sky’s coverage of Formula One, Croft has served as the primary analyst since 2012.
