Collins relocated to Washington, D.C., after graduating from college. She was hired as an entertainment correspondent by The Daily Caller in June 2014. After covering the 2016 presidential election, she was hired as a White House reporter for the Daily Caller in January 2017, and she began reporting on the Trump administration.
