Beth Ann Wilkinson (born September 19, 1962) is a Washington, D.C.-based lawyer.
She is a founding partner of the trial and litigation law firm Wilkinson Walsh + Eskovitz. She was previously a partner at the law firm Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, where she focused on white-collar criminal defense in their Washington, D.C. office.
Wilkinson’s legal career began as a commissioned officer in the United States Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps, and she has also worked as an Assistant United States Attorney in New York City.
Wilkinson is well-known for successfully arguing for the death penalty in the case of Oklahoma City bomber Timothy McVeigh. She has also spoken out against the unfair administration of the death penalty.
