Percy Robert Miller Sr. (born April 29, 1967) is an American rapper, record executive, actor, and entrepreneur better known by his stage name Master P.
He founded the record label No Limit Records, which was relaunched as New No Limit Records by Universal Records and Koch Records, then as Guttar Music Entertainment, and now as No Limit Forever Records.
He also founded and ran P. Miller Enterprises and Better Black Television, a short-lived online television network. Miller rose to prominence in the mid-1990s thanks to the success of his hip hop group TRU and his fifth solo rap album Ice Cream Man, which featured his first single “Mr. Ice Cream Man.”
Miller rose to prominence following the success of his Platinum single “Make ‘Em Say Uhh!” in 1997. Miller has released 15 studio albums in total.
