Santo Pietro once owned an eponymous Italian restaurant at the Glen Centre in Bel Air, according to Chowhound (apparently the chopped salad was to die for).
An unverified IMDb bio echoed this, mentioning that the restaurant was a celebrity hangout in the 1980s. He was also said to own or invest in another Bel Air restaurant called Sushi Ko.
The Japanese restaurant was then sold and relocated to Thousand Oaks, but it eventually closed, despite Gordon Ramsay’s best efforts to revive it on an episode of Kitchen Nightmares.
Santo Pietro is a pilot in addition to his restaurant and real estate investments. While they were married, he and White ran a profitable private jet charter business.
