Cindy Williams
Cindy Williams, real name, Cynthia Jane Williams (August 22, 1947 – January 25, 2023) was an American actress and producer best known for her portrayal of Shirley Feeney on the television sitcoms Happy Days (1975-1979) and Laverne & Shirley (1980-1983). (1976–1982). She also appeared in the films American Graffiti and The Conversation (1974).
Williams was born on August 22, 1947, in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Van Nuys, California. When she was a year old, her family relocated to Dallas, Texas, and she returned to Los Angeles when she was ten years old. Carol Ann, her sister, was her only sibling.
Williams began writing and acting at a church as a child and later at Birmingham High School, where he graduated in 1965. She majored in theater at Los Angeles City College.
