The bride, who will keep her maiden name, graduated from the University of California, Berkeley. She is the daughter of Ramona, California, resident Tom Blanco and the late Jean Blanco.
Her father works as a senior manager in EDS’s government division, specializing in software for the Navy’s personnel placement unit.
